This site is a tribute to David Powell. Devoted Husband of the late Cynthia, and much loved Dad of Grant. David will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral arrangements
David's funeral service will take place at St Mary's Priory Church, Usk on Tuesday 7th May at 2.30pm followed by interment in the churchyard. By request, family flowers only. If desired, donations in memory of David for RNLI and St Davids Hospice Care may be placed in the donations box at the church, given on this tribute page or sent to Ernest Heal & Sons Funeral Directors, Chippenham Funeral Home, Howells Place, Monmouth NP25 3ED. (Please make cheques payable to Ernest Heal & Sons Donations Account).
